Ingredients

  • 3 cups spagetti sauce
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 lbs of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic or miniced
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 16 oz container cottage cheese
  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • parmesean cheese (dry)
  • 1 pkg no cook lasanga noodles
  • salt pepper and garlic salt optional

Step 1

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain grease.

Mix everything but cottage cheese, motzarella and parm cheese into hamburger. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 30 minutes.

put 2 cups of hamburger mixture on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Place 3 'no cook' lasanga noodles over the top. Sprinkle some motzerella cheese, more spegetti mixture, cottage cheese and parmesean cheese...repeat layers.
Spegetti sauce and mozzarellacheese should be on top.

Cover and cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
