Ingredients

  • Refrigerate until partially firm, then fold in:
  • Combine: 1 3oz pkg cherry jello and 1 cup boiling water
  • Stir until jello is dissolved.
  • Break up 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce with fork
  • Stir in hot jello and continue to stir until cranberry sauce if almost melted.
  • Season with 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup commercial sour cream
  • Turn into oiled mold and chill until firm.
  • Unmold on salad greens
