Ingredients
- 2 cans of Green Giant Mexican Corn. Drain the juice from the corn.
- 3 blocks of Monteray Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers. Grate the cheese.
- 2 cups of mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Mix Mexican Corn, Grated cheese and mayonnaise together. Put in cooking dish and bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
Serve hot with "Scooper" tortilla chips.
