Ingredients
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 cups miniature Funmallows marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Confectioners' sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate & margarine over low heat. Remove from heat. Add egg; mix well. Cool slightly. Mix marshmallows and nuts in large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over marshmallows and nuts; mix well. Divide mixture in half. On wax paper sprinkled with confectioners' sugar, shape each half into a roll approximately 8 inches long. Chill several hours. Slice to serve.
