Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken halves
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 T butter, divided
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup slice green onions

Step 1
flatten each chicken breast half to 1/4 inch each (may need to slice large breasts in half thickness). dredge in flour. In skillet, brown chicken in 2 T butter on both sides. Transfer to a baking dish. In same skillet, saute mushrooms in remaining butter. Add the broth, salt and pepper and bring to a boil for 5 min to reduce. Spoon over the chicken and bake uncovered at 375 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and onions and bake 5 min longer.
