Ingredients
- 1 cup Margarine, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Ground Pecans
- 2 cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Powder Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer until creamy.
Blend pecans, four and salt.
Put in fridge for 1 hour.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 deg for 10-12 minutes.
Place on cooling racks.
Dust with icing sugar.
