Lois' Antipasto Holiday 2011

First Antipasto - brought to Burton's Thanksgiving first - didn't bring greens - then brought to Christmas Eve with mixed greens on the side.

Ingredients

  • White Platter with cheese and meats:
  • Mixed Greens
  • Cucumbers
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Dressiing (side)
  • Italian Bread and dipping sauce
  • Bread Sticks
  • Prosciutto (not a favorite - buy 1/4 lb)
  • 1/2 -3/4 lb Genoa Salami
  • 1/2 - 3/4 lb Soprasessa (spelling)
  • Some other ham to replace prosciutto
  • 1/2 lb Fresh Mozzerella
  • 1/2 lb Deli Sliced Mozerella
  • 1/2 lb Deli Sliced Provolone
  • 1/2 lb Dei Sliced American Cheese (Skyla)
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Marinated Mushrooms
  • Roasted Red Peppers
  • Sundried Tomatoes
  • Black Olives
  • Green Olives (?)
  • Kalamata Olives

Used white platter for meat and cheese - put a few tomatoes on the plate for color (could also lay on bed of greens
