  • 1.5 llb 21-30 Shrimp (uncooked/frozen)
  • 2 cups cut up broccoli
  • 1 medium yellow squash
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • additional ingredients as desired (mushrooms, carrots, peppers)
  • 1/4 cup parmesian cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk**
  • 3-4 tsp cornstarch**
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1.5 tsp minced garlic
  • 1.5 lbs angel hair, spaghetti, etc.
  • should double the sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Set electric fry pan to 350
2. Melt butter with garlic and thyme
3. Stirfry veggies 8 minutes until tender-crisp
4. Add Shrimp
5. Combine cornstarch and evaporated milk and add to pan
6. Let thicken and then add sherry
7. Add cheese
