- 1.5 llb 21-30 Shrimp (uncooked/frozen)
- 2 cups cut up broccoli
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 1 medium zucchini
- additional ingredients as desired (mushrooms, carrots, peppers)
- 1/4 cup parmesian cheese
- 1 can evaporated milk**
- 3-4 tsp cornstarch**
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1.5 tsp minced garlic
- 1.5 lbs angel hair, spaghetti, etc.
- should double the sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Set electric fry pan to 350
2. Melt butter with garlic and thyme
3. Stirfry veggies 8 minutes until tender-crisp
4. Add Shrimp
5. Combine cornstarch and evaporated milk and add to pan
6. Let thicken and then add sherry
7. Add cheese
