Ingredients
- Cake:
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 c sugar
- 1 c canola oil
- 1 (27 oz) can pumpkin
- 2 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t cloves
- 1 t baking soda
- Frosting:
- 1/2 c soft butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (soft)
- 2 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. In separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda. Mix all together. Pour in large, ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 20-25 min. Cool before frosting.
Frosting:
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Blend in vanilla.
