Ingredients
- Crumb Mixture
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c pecans chopped
- 1 c butter softened
- 1 egg
- Filling
- 1 10oz jar raspberry preserves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*.
Butter 8 or 9 inch pan.
Combine all crumb mixture ingredients. Beat on low until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 c crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture on bottom of pan. Spread preserves on top within 1/2 inch of edge. Crumble reserved mixture over preserves. Bake 40 -50 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
