Crab Delight

These can be frozen once prepared but not baked. Once they are topped with mixture, leave them on the cookie sheet and freeze them for about 20 minutes so you can stack them and they won't stick together. Put them in a zip lock bag.

Baking time and temperature do not change even when frozen.

Ingredients

• 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• 1 Can Crabmeat, drained well
• 1/2 Cup Mayo
• 3-4 drops Hot Sauce
• 1 pkg. English Muffins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients, spread onto English Muffin, then quarter the muffins.

Placed onto cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
