Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion
- 12 oz can of Tomato paste
- 2 lb 13 oz can of Ragu sauce
- 1 TBS Italian seasoning
- 1 TSP pepper
- 1 lb pork country ribs
- 1 TBS Garlic
- 29 oz can of tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 TBS Sugar
- raw meatballs
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion, garlic, pork until pork is browned. Add paste and 3 cans of water, stir to smooth out. Add Ragu and tomato sauce. Simmer, add 2 bay leaves, italion seasoning, sugar and pepper. Add raw meatballs to sauce. Do Not Cover. Drain fat from top as needed. Stir in meatballs and cook for 1 hour, simmer for 3 hours
