Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp Romano cheese, grated
- 2 tsp butter, softened
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a food processor; process until finely minced. Place in a large bowl. Stir in cheeses and butter until blended. Thin sauce by adding 3 Tbsp of the pasta cooking liquid.
