Beer Can Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 Whole Chicken
• Poultry Rub
• 1 Can of Beer
• Bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Clean and pat dry the whole chicken.
Cover chicken in rub
Drink half of the beer
Place chicken on beer
Drape bacon over chicken and hold it with tooth pick
cook chicken to 165 and let rest
