Breakfast: Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • raw eggs
  • water

Preparation

Step 1

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place eggs in saucepan or stockpot (our tall sided pot with the draining insert in works well) fill with water until eggs are covered completely.

2. Bring water with eggs to a boil.

3. As soon as water has begun boiling, cover with lid.

4. Turn off heat and allow to sit for 16 minutes.

5. Drain and fill pot with ice water to stop cooking.

6. Peel eggs and serve immediately or refrigerate.
