• 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 3/4 pound ham steak -- trimmed of fat

Step 1

In small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, brown sugar and allspice; blend well.

Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat oven medium-high heat until hot. Place ham in skillet; cook 4 minutes. Turn ham; brush with orange juice mix. Cook an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated
