Ingredients

  • 1 Can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey (I used canned chicken
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth combined with 3 tablespoons flour
  • two pie shells or enough home-made for two crusts
  • Oven 400 degrees

Preparation

Step 1

Bake at 400 degrees

Mix soup, vegetables (may use fresh veggies), chicken and broth. Mixture should be somewhat thick.

Put mixture into the bottom pie shell. Cover with top pie crust and crimp. Cut vent holes.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
