Cream Cheese Crap Dip

When you have an ingredient as wonderful as crab meat you don't need to add a lot of other ingredients to make it shine. This recipe is simple to make and tastes divine. If you have a small budget, it tastes just as great with imitation crab meat.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab Meat (fresh, canned or imitation)
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Celery (finely minced)
- 1/4 cup Sweet Onion (finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Dill
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp Tabasco
- Box of Mini Filo Cups
- Pinch of Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
- Paprika (for Garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in medium mixing bowl until fluffy and well combined.
2. With a spatula stir in celery, onion, lemon juice, dill, Tabasco, parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Gently fold crab meat into the mixture.
4. Fill each Filo cup with a spoon full the mixture and top with a sprinkle of paprika.
5. Serve and enjoy.
