Cream Cheese Crap Dip

When you have an ingredient as wonderful as crab meat you don't need to add a lot of other ingredients to make it shine. This recipe is simple to make and tastes divine. If you have a small budget, it tastes just as great with imitation crab meat.

Ingredients

  • Paprika (for Garnish)

  • Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Box of Mini Filo Cups

  • 1

    Tbsp Tabasco

  • 1/2

    tsp Tabasco

  • 1/4

    tsp Dill

  • 1

    Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/4

    cup Sweet Onion (finely minced)

  • 1/2

    cup Celery (finely minced)

  • 8

    oz Cream Cheese (softened)

  • 8

    oz Sour Cream

  • 1

    lb Crab Meat (fresh, canned or imitation)

Directions

1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in medium mixing bowl until fluffy and well combined. 2. With a spatula stir in celery, onion, lemon juice, dill, Tabasco, parsley, salt and pepper. 3. Gently fold crab meat into the mixture. 4. Fill each Filo cup with a spoon full the mixture and top with a sprinkle of paprika. 5. Serve and enjoy.
