Ingredients
- 1 Cup Instant Grits
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 Eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 2 quart casserole dish.
Cook grits according to package. Add butter and cheese. Stir until butter melts. Add milk and stir. Add eggs and stir.
Pour into baking dish and top with more cheese.
Bake for 1 hour or until cheese is melted and dark brown.
