Crab Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 C Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 lb crab meat
  • 4 oz shredded parmesan
  • 4 oz thinly sliced onions
  • 3 tsp minced parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and mix mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, parmesan, and onions. Add crab meat. Put in baking dish and sprinkle w/ parsley. Serve with crackers on toasted baguettes.
