Chia Seed Pudding

Add blueberries or strawberries for a fibre filled breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp Agave
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chia seeds in almond milk. Add agave and vanilla. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. . Soak for at least 30 minutes in fridge or overnight.
Great fibre breakfast or dessert adding berries.
