Ingredients
- For Gravy:
- For Hamburger patties
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 can of mushrooms, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2-3 swiss laughing cow cheese wedges
- 2 slices light whole wheat bread, toasted and cut into small pieces
- 3 Tbsp egg beaters
- Penzey's Murals of Flavor seasoning or other of your choice
- 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 Tbsp flour
- Penzey's Murals of Flavor seasoning or other of your choice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients. Make into 6 equal size patties. Place in the bottom of a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 pan.
Combine 5 ingredients for the gravy. Pour over patties.
Bake x 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
