Ingredients

  • For Gravy:
  • For Hamburger patties
  • 1 lb lean hamburger
  • 1 can of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2-3 swiss laughing cow cheese wedges
  • 2 slices light whole wheat bread, toasted and cut into small pieces
  • 3 Tbsp egg beaters
  • Penzey's Murals of Flavor seasoning or other of your choice
  • 1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • Penzey's Murals of Flavor seasoning or other of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients. Make into 6 equal size patties. Place in the bottom of a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 pan.

Combine 5 ingredients for the gravy. Pour over patties.

Bake x 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
