Ingredients
- 1/4 C. all purpose flour
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1 Tsp. olive oil
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 C. whipping cream
- 1/3 C. parmesean cheese, grated
- 1/2 Tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Place flour in shallow dish. Sprinkle chicken with saltl. Coat with flour. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in skillet over medium heat until hot. Add chicken; cook, turning once, until lgolden. 2-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and place in 13x9 inch pan.
Heat remaining oil in same skillet over medium until hot. Add garlic and onion; cook until garlic and onion until tender. Increase heat to medium high; add whipping cream, parmesan and pepper. Cook until sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon over chicken dish.
Bake chicken until 180 degrees. 8-12 minutes. Sprinkle with parsely.
