Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sour gherkins, minced
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together until well blended.
Serve with sauteed garlic shrimp.
