Ingredients
- 3 TBLS quick cooking tapica
- 1/2 cup sugar
- dash salt
- 2 10 oz packages of raspberries thawed
- Pastry crust - 2
Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl mix tapioca, sugar and salt. Gently stir in thawed raspberries with syrup. Let stand 15 minutes.
Prepare and roll out pastry. Line a 9" pie plate with half of the pastry. Trim to end of pie plate. Fill with mixture. Slit pastry top. Seal and flute.
to prevent browning- foil edges. Bake in 375 degree oven 25 minutes.
Remove foil;p bakd for 20 - 25 minutes longer.
