Ingredients

  • 1 lg broccoli rabe steamed (3-4 mins)
  • 2 heads of broccoli steamed (3-4 mins)
  • 1 Tbs golden raisins chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 Tbs veg oil
  • 3 Tbs seasoned rice-wine vinegar
  • 2 lg minced garlic
  • lg pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, lightly toasted

Preparation

Step 1

steam rabe and broccoli.
mix together the oil, vinegar, garlic and pepper.
toss everything together and top with toasted sesame seeds.
