CHICKEN WITH TANGY APRICOT GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 2 (4 lb. packages) chicken pieces skinned
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian or Spicy French salad dressing
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (13 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in a lightly greased roasting pan. Combine dressing, soup mix, and preserves, spread over chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, or until done.
