BUTTERMILK SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 20-oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 lg. pkg. Jell-O (orange, apricot, or strawberry)
  • 2 C. buttermilk
  • 1 lg. Cool whip
  • ●Pour pineapple juice in boiler with jell-o.Mix well and bring to a bubbling boil, stirring constantly.
  • ●Remove from heat and pour into serving container. Refrigerate.

●When the jell-o starts to thicken, stir in milk, pineapple,and Cool whip.
