Tuna Noodle Casserole

A staple recipe that I've made for years. I couldn't find the original recipe that I might have used, so I'm taking the credit

Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles, cooked in salted water, drained
- 2 6-oz cans tuna, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly grease a casserole dish
3. Put all ingrdients in casserole dish
4. Top with 6 slices of cheese if desired
5. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until heated through
