Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter [margarine]
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped apricots
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

BASE:
Mix butter, sugar, flour.
Press into 9 inch square pan
Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes.

TOP:
Sift baking powder, salt, flour.
Add eggs, milk, apricots, coconut.
Mix well. Pour over base.
Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes.
