Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounces) Corn Muffin Mix
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can (16.5 ounces) creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 can (16 ounces) corn, undrained

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine, add corns, sour cream, grated cheese and corn muffin mix. Stir until well blended. Spray 8 X 11 oblong baking dish. Place mixture in dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
