Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup cream style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix ingredients well. Pour into well-greased, pre-heated cast-iron skillet or greased baking dish. Bake until golden brown... about 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes.
