Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen unbaked dinner rolls, thawed
  • 12 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch cubes sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 jarred pickled jalapeno slices, drained and patted dry

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut each roll into thirds. Using your fingers, form each third into a thin, flat circle. Place one cube of cheese and one jalapeno slice int he center of each circle and wrap dough around filling, pinching the edges to seal securely.

2. Place one popper in each cake pop well. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer poppers to a wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm.
