Linda's Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2-3 carrots
  • cauliflower
  • onion
  • red and green peppers
  • broccoli
  • cabbage
  • water chestnuts
  • baby corn
  • mushrooms
  • garlic and onion powder to taste
  • other vegetables to taste, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 chicken boullion cubes
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • cooked rice
  • Try substituting pieapple juice for some of the water to cook the rice

Preparation

Step 1

Cut desired vegetables into bite-sized pieces

Stir fry until tender crisp

Add water and boullion cubes

Mix 3 tablespoons water with cornstarch; stir into vegetables

Add chicken and mushrooms, if desired

Serve with hot rice
