Ingredients

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mashed bananas, about 2 large
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

combine biscuit mix, oats, and pecans;set aside. in a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. stir in mashed bananas and milk. add dry ingredients all at once, stirring just to moisten. turn onto greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.

bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes
