Ingredients
- 8 chops boneless pork top loin
- 2 sm limes -- juiced
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp hot chili oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the broiler. Pount the pork chops to flatten slightly. Arrange them on broiler pan and season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine the lime juice, mustard, oregano and chili oil. Spoon the mixture over the chops. Place the chops under the broiler, about 3-4" from the heat and broil until done, about 5 min. per side.
