Ingredients
- 1 lb bob evans savory sage or original roll sausage
- 1 large onion, diced (1cup)
- 3 stalks celery, diced( 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 pkg( 14 oz) cubed stuffing
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
in large skillet over medium heat, crumble sausage. add onion and celery and cook, stirring occasionally until sausage is brown. in a 9 x 13 casserole dish, place cubed stuffing. add sausage mixture. sprinkle with poultry seasoning. pour broth and butter over the top and toss to combine. cover. bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
makes 6-8 servings
