Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 oz Ghirardelli 70% cacao Extra Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
- 6 oz Ghirardelli milk chocolate baking bar, chopped
- 2 tbsp chocolate liqueur
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium pan, mix the milk, vanilla and butter. Heat over medium heat until mixture just simmers. Remove from heat and stir in bittersweet and milk chocolates and chocolate liqueur until completely melted and smooth.
2. Serve over a heat source that will keep the fondue warm, but not hot. Dip strawberries, large seedless orange sections, fresh pineapple chunks, pieces of cake, cookies or any other food you might like to pair with chocolate.
