Ingredients
- 1 cup baking mix, such as bisquick
- 3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp crumbled crisply cooked bacon
- 1/3 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, combine biscuit mix, cheese, bacon and milk, stirring with a fork just until dough comes together.
2. Fill each cake pop well with about 1 tbsp dough. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer biscuits to a wire rack to cool slightly. Repeat with the remaining dough. Serve warm.
