Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

• You Will Need:
• 1 1/2 pounds of pasta
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
• 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta and drain. In a pot, melt butter and add cream. Reduce to low heat. Cook gently until cream thickens slightly, stirring constantly. Add cheese and seasonings, continuing to stir over low heat until all ingredients are mixed evenly. Take off of heat and pour over pasta. Manga!
