Ingredients
- 1 pkg (10 ozs) Refr. pizza crust
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups shredded mozz. cheese, divided
- 2/3 cups (approx 2 ozs) Romano cheese, grated and divided
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 firm plum tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Press dough into a 12" circle on a 13" baking stone, using hands.
Mince garlic finely on 13"x19" cutting board.
Spread evenly over crust.
Grate Romano cheese (2/3 cup).
Sprinkle 1/3 cup Romano cheese, 1 cup mozz. cheese and 1 tsp oregano over crust.
Slice tomatoes thinly with grater-slicer.
Layer tomatoes in a single layer over cheese.
Sprinkle remaining romano, mozz and oregano over tomatoes.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve hot.
