Ingredients
- 1/4 C. Olive Oil
- 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary, picked & chopped
- 2 tsp. Italian Parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. fresh Thyme
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Cracked Pepper
- 1 7 oz. Striploin Steak, trimmed
- 6 Tbsp. Red Onion Marmalade ( Under Sauces & Dips ) )
- 1 Baguette, cut for 2 Sandwiches

Step 1
Preheat barbeque to high. Combine first 7 ingredients & mix well. Rub steak with herb mixture & grill to med-rare. Spread 3 Tbsp. marmalade on bottom halves of bread. Divvy up sliced striploin & top with remaining marmalade. Close sandwiches & serve.
