  • 1/4 C. Olive Oil
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary, picked & chopped
  • 2 tsp. Italian Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp. fresh Thyme
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Cracked Pepper
  • 1 7 oz. Striploin Steak, trimmed
  • 6 Tbsp. Red Onion Marmalade ( Under Sauces & Dips ) )
  • 1 Baguette, cut for 2 Sandwiches

Step 1

Preheat barbeque to high. Combine first 7 ingredients & mix well. Rub steak with herb mixture & grill to med-rare. Spread 3 Tbsp. marmalade on bottom halves of bread. Divvy up sliced striploin & top with remaining marmalade. Close sandwiches & serve.
