Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 cups rice crispy cereal
- Nonstick spray
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Butter an 8 inch square baking dish. In a large pot, combine marshmallows, peanut butter, butter and salt. Cook over medium, stirring, until melted, 4 minutes.
Add cereal to pot and stir to combine. With a wooden spoon coated in cooking spray, priers half the cereal mix I to dish. Spread half the melted chocolate on top, and repeat with rest of cereal mix and chocolate. Sprinkle top with peanuts. Let cool completely before cutting and serving.
