Ingredients
- 2 lbs Red Potatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic Chopped
- 2 Tbs ground Rosemary
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 425*
2. Toss together in pan.
3. Cook 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked/ browned
