Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Red Potatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Tbs ground Rosemary
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 425*

2. Toss together in pan.

3. Cook 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked/ browned
