Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground pork
- 4 good size potatoes (medium)
- 5 slices white bread, slightly stale, dipped lightly in water and torn up
- 1 teaspoon summer savory
- 1 onion
Preparation
Step 1
Fry pork and onion. Cook potatoes and mash with no milk or butter. Mix pork, bread, potatoes and summer savory together.
Caroles variation: start with at least a tablespoon of summer savory and go from there
