Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs beef

  • 2

    lbs pork

  • 1

    cup broth

  • 1/2

    cup red wine

  • tablespoon garlic

Directions

Cut meat in ½ inch squares before cooking. Put broth, wine and water (if required) in pot half way up and and onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer until cooked (at least an hour). Add a bit of allspice (start with a teaspoon) then thicken. Remove and let cool
