Buffalo Wing Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 c canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed, 1/2 c liquid reserved
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c tahini
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • Kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Season with additional salt if necessary.
