slices batter, cooked and crumbled
c (3 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
c half and half
pinch of pepper
1. Line 10 inch pie pan with pastry; trim. Prick bottom and sides of shell with a fork, and bake at 425º fora 6-8 minutes. Let cool on wire rack. 2. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly into pastry shell. Combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well, and pour into shell. 3. Bake the quiche at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300º and bake an additional 40 minutes or until set.
