Shortbread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup berry sugar
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter. Add sugar. Cream until white. Add flour and beat until mixer can't turn. Then by hand, knead and cut.
Bake at 275 for 45 to 50 minutes. Watch closely.
